"Break Free from TV: Real Things to do in 2010!"

    Watching TV for any length of time will quite literally turn off your brain.  Beta waves, a meaure of the thinking process of your brain are "turned off" when the tube is on.  Do you realize that watching an NCAA or NFL football game involves about 4 hours of your time but includes only four minutes of game action!  Everything else is commercials, meaningless banter from ex-jocks and multiple replays of the last play while they get ready for the next play. What a waste. Life is short, spend it wisely.

    Join us for a fun look at some of the other things you can do with your time that you might find worthwhile, fun, spritual or beneficial in many ways that are good for you, good for your mind, good for your family or good for your community.

Artie Isaac will moderate our "TV alternatives" panel featuring:

Charles W. Gehring, President and CEO, LifeCare Alliance;

Olivera Bratich, WhollyCraft

Ryan Ransom from Sports Monster

John Ross from alive!
