Numbers tell many stories. How they are interpreted, relative to circumstances, relative to previous periods and other systems, can tell us even more.
It’s David Yost’s job as Ohio’s Auditor to collect and evaluate lots of numbers in an effort to, as its mission statement says, to "strive for clean, accountable and efficient governments for those we serve, the people of Ohio."
