Ken Lee, director and professor, OSU Food Innovation Center and Matt Habash, president, CEO Mid-Ohio Foodbank and Dawn Tyler Lee, senior vp community impact, United Way of Central Ohio will moderate.

Food is a basic need in our community affecting everything from education and health to safety. To sustain a projected eight billion people by 2025, world food production must increase by a staggering 40% while we currently lose about 40% of our food to flaws in process, economics, safety, health, nutrition, security, technology, and policy.
